Dick Rice, business forms designer for the Artworks from 1990 to 2017. Dick attended Indiana University majoring in Economics and Public Policy. Dick served in the military for two years after graduating form IU in 1971. He worked in sales for business forms, first with Perry Printing (Flint, MI) and then Duplex Products (Sycamore, IL) before joining Artworks in 1990. That same year Artworks started learning and working from the Macintosh platform and Dick began to focus on business form design on the mac. Dick worked in Quark for most of his business form design. He specialized in medical and hospital forms over the years. He was also skilled in InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Dick created, wrote and edited copy for the majority of Artworks projects. He also handled all the accounting, billing and organizational aspects of the business. A man of all traits.He Passed away in July of 2017. He is greatly missed for his quick wit, sense of humor, and kindness to others. Beloved husband and friend to Vicki. Dick Rice was an excellent dude!
